It seems that the more we push ourselves the more that we have to think about how to make it all sustainable. We aim to live and perform at a high level and that requires some form of rest and recovery that enable our bodies to reset and repair. It is a rather simple formula; we just have to make the time for adequate recovery time. It can consist of stretching, nutrition, sleep, supplements, breathing, meditation and so many more techniques and approaches. The key is just to get to the recovery going and make it an important part of our overall journey. Let’s give it a try, we will be happy for it.
