Our journey affords us the ability to learn, grow, practice and do. And it’s not surprising that we might create a bit of collateral mess along the way. Nothing tragic but we need to think about the impact that our journey has on our physical being, our mind, our heart, our head, our house, our work and more. With a moment of reflection, we realize that we will need to do a bit of cleanup. With just a quick assessment, looking around, looking within, asking for feedback, we can figure out what it is that needs clean-up. Then we just need to take the time to do the clean-up. When we do this, we will find that it frees us up for all parts of our life. Let’s make clean-up integral to our journey, it will be worth the effort
