Focus on Immunity

We all know that this year has put stress on our immune system and we also know that we should do all that we can to strengthen our immune system.  Our choices do matter and there are lots of things that we can do and if we follow a good plan we can boost our immune system and stay protected this winter.  We can start by giving our body the nutrients it needs to stay strong inside and out.  Eating the right nutritious foods makes a difference.  Our bodies react well to exercise.  Increasing our level of activity so that we can get our heart pumping and our bodies strong is a really good thing to do.  Focusing on a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis will give us the best chance to strengthen our immune system and make us feel better for longer and longer times
