We all know that while on our journey we are responsible for our own decisions, our direction, our life. It is essential to be independent and committed. And yet, when we look a level deeper as to why we are as far along as we are on our journey, we can acknowledge that we had help along the way. Someone, or many, took time to guide us, coach us, support us, take a chance on us. With a bit of reflection, we realize that it is important to always be giving back, some call it to pay forward, and to do this in the form of giving someone a chance. A chance to be the best version of themselves. There is “extraordinary “in everyone we just need to find a way to unlock it. And to do that we need to push, prod, support, coach and celebrate what others do. When we do this, they rise to the occasion and step into their potential. We know the formula works because it worked for us, now let’s go do it for others!
