To mask or not

It does seem that in times of struggle and strain, we as a nation pull hard on what we believe to be our rights and privileges.  We do not like to be told what to do, we like things the way they are, and we are slow to change.  Broadly the thinking, it matters little the substance of what we might request, it Is just the principle of the request, that is, if we do not like the question nor the answer, we ignore it.  But we are now at a moment when what we individually do makes a difference, a difference to people we know and to people we do not know.  We have to pull together to take care of the people, infected, the people who need jobs, food or education, and so much more.  And so, let’s start by wearing a mask when we go out, let’s protect each other and win this battle.  Little things make a big difference.  No time like the present to get this one right.

Loving life when I put on a mask
