It would be somewhat logical during a time of great strain and duress like we are living through to feel that we need to put our journey on hold, to meter our ambitions, to slow it down till we get the all-clear signal. And while we will always respect people for the decisions that they make there is no reason that we have to acquiesce to our circumstances. To be clear, we are not talking about wearing masks or being safe – that is unarguable. What we are talking about are all of the opportunities that still are there for the taking. What is of value is building a plan for how we live now and post-pandemic. What we have to commit to is to live the life we want to live. There is no permission required; all we have to do is to be willing to make it real, to embrace it and bring it to life. It might take a bit longer but that is ok, all we need to do is to be on the path that we want to be on, the one that defines who we are and provides the guidance for who we will be, now and forever.
