There is a consistent drumbeat of conversation we hear again and again. When will we go back to the way it was? It is all in the context of the struggles we have all been living through. Yet, if we think about it for a minute, we realize that there is no going back. While we have this feeling that all was good before the pandemic, we need to think about all of the changes that we have made to accommodate our new world order and how many of the changes have moved us forward. We have been able to figure out that we can work remotely, we can get together with family more frequently (virtually), we can rethink everything. The more we think about it the more we realize that there is really no going back, and this leaves us with the only one direction to go – forward. So, let’s keep this momentum going and create a future that feels better than anything we have seen before.
