We know that our lives have been disrupted as never before and yet the biggest impact has been on people without families, people in shelters, in senior living, or just living on their own. They have been impacted in ways that are hard to understand. Their freedoms are limited and their ability to be social, to embrace life, and to do things is just not there. We owe it to them and to ourselves to reach out and do more than just leave them there. It can be a call, an email, a visit whatever we can do. It is as much the effort as it is anything else. We both benefit and we find that as a community we are stronger and better, and we must always take care of more than just ourselves. Time to reach out – and do it as, much as is reasonable. Here goes nothing! Dialing!
