We can feel it – the future is full of uncertainty, what we used to be able to see is not as clear as what had become familiar to us. When we look around it is not just us who are struggling there are a lot of very “smart” people who are unsure of what is next, the choices not as they have been. Yet, we know that when we have found ourselves in this kind of situation, we have found a way to a new place. We get there by embracing what is going on and making choices that change what happens. We cannot be passive, and we need to be explicit about how we get to what is next. It starts with wearing a mask and then making other explicit changes that get us back on solid footing. There is a lot to do and so let’s go do it. What is next is up to us and that is more and more clear every day.
