Put it in the effort

We spend time on our journey and the storyline plays out again and again.  Opportunity is created in simple and straightforward ways.  It starts with an earnest commitment and it comes to life with consistent effort.  Some call it hard work, what we learn is that when we lean in, when we commit, make what we do a priority, stay away from excuses, and put in the effort we get a disproportionate return.  We perform better and we get a life that is of our making.  It is a great lesson to learn and a true example of the power that lies within us.  So, let’s set out to maximize our potential, make an impact, and role model a hard-working lifestyle and the resulting goodness that comes from it.
