When we started 2020 we did so with a lot of embedded assumptions about how our journey was to go. At the time all of our assumptions were based on lots of experience and seemed to be sound thinking. Then time passed, the pandemic hit and for the most part, our assumptions for how we would live were thrown out the window. After many months and a lot of ups and downs, we are all coming to the realization that we need to take a moment and reassess our assumptions. It is interesting to think about how some of them might be changed forever, that some might be evolving and that not a lot will be the same going forward. It is a good opportunity for us to define a new way, a new set of assumptions that guide our journey the way we want it to be – not just the way that we used to do it. It is rare that we get this kind of moment and it is important that we seize the opportunity. Let’s make it better – we will be happy and better off as a result
