Age is just a number

The good news is that for as long as we are on our journey we get to live as we want.  There are essentially no constraints as we would describe them, just choices that we make.  Yes, we do age but as we do we need to think less about what we cannot do and more about what we can do.  Limitations are only there if we allow them to be, they are not what guides us, that is for sure.  With a bit of moxie and a strong spirit, we can do as we see fit and in humanity, and on earth there are some who are showing us how to live at every age.

90-year-old actor William Shatner is set to become the oldest person to travel to space when he blasts off in a Blue Origin rocket this morning.

· Mount Everest climber: Japanese mountaineer Yūichirō Miura summited the mountain at 80.

· Olympian: Swedish shooter Oscar Swahn competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics at age 72...and he won a silver medal.

· Living animal: Jonathan, a Seychelles giant tortoise living on the island of Saint Helena, was likely born in 1832, making him 189 years old

Loving life when I get to choose what I do at any age
