Healthier habits

At this time of year, we have so much to be happy about.  We celebrate and we share, we embrace our traditions, and we spend time with each other.  And while all of this goodness is going on around us we still need to think about how we stay true to taking care of ourselves.  While it is hard to imagine creating a new habit at this time of year it is a very good time to think about what habits we would like to entertain changing in the new year.  It would be good to craft healthier habits that enable what we want to do in the new year.  So, let’s give some thought to what we are going to take on and then get ourselves ready to kick our new habits into gear in the new year.  Very exciting indeed!
