It is stated that integrity is what you do when no one is watching. The essence of the statement carries much further than just the idea of living with integrity. What we do when no one is watching is everything that we really are. No audience, no attention, no accolades, just the anonymity that tells us what we are doing is for ourselves. It is a pure form of motivation and validation. We decide we want to learn, to train, to grow, to develop, to be more than we have been. And it is from the discipline of action that we gain the confidence to do whatever is possible, setting us up for a lifetime of success
