Where there is a will

It is often stated that “where there is a will there is a way”.  That if we decide to do something that we find a way to get it done.  And while this is a very enabling concept it is wanting and not complete.  Before we can even leverage our will we have to be open to new ideas, to change, to fixing, to being different.  We have to want to address issues that we are confronting.  We need to be ready to leverage the thinking of others who have had more time than we have to thoughtfully look at our circumstances and sponsor a new way forward.  When we have these themes, these feelings in place we can bring our will and our personal superpowers to make a difference.  There are a lot of issues that could use our attention and our will, let’s get to it, time is a wasting.
