Finding Zen

Sort of feels 1970’s to say that we are finding Zen.  Yet it sounds good and something that we should be shooting for.  What is it then?  Zen is that feeling of peace, oneness, and enlightenment.  Not judgmental, we know it when we feel it.  And since we know it is good for us then we need to think about how to get it more integrated into our journey.  There are some simple method’s that can trigger a Zen feeling.  We can close our eyes for a bit and appreciate the darkness, take a deep breath hold it and push it out slowly, take a walk, chuckle out loud, and maybe even stop and look around and be appreciative for all that we have.  The path to Zen facilitated by the techniques, the result, though coming from our desire to get that feeling of tranquility and the resulting energy that it gives us.  Finding Zen, indeed
