Peace of mind

“Peace of mind” – we all know it when we feel it.  The dictionary tells us it is the absence of mental stress or anxiety.  And we all would agree that there are many days when on our journey when all of life just comes together, we can feel that true sense of peace and harmony.  And while there is no simple formula to create this feeling, we can move in that direction by working to reduce the stress in our lives and avoiding negativity.  When we take the “bad” out of our head there is much more room for feeling better and getting to the right state of mind.  Feeling better can be instigated - we can change our surroundings, take time to reflect, hang out with positive people, do something new and different and so much more.   The more we find “good” the better we feel, and the more that peace of mind catalyzes in our day-to-day lives.
