Three things

There is something to organizing how we think that helps us get done what it is that we want to get done.  It could be a to-do list, creating a calendar, making a schedule for our activities.  All of which help us do better every day on our journey.  And for those of us who want to get better at staying on track and meeting our goals, it is also good to keep our “techniques” manageable as well.  An endless to-do list might be just as ineffective as no list.  So, it is good if we start small – how about just three things that we need to get done.  We stay focused and we feel the progress when the list is just a bit more attainable.  A structured process, a commitment, and a list of three – it gets a lot done, feels very satisfying, and sets up for success as we execute again and again using this most effective model.
