As we go along on our journey there are those moments when we are faced with a new challenge and we take it on without that much thinking. We seem to be naturally drawn to challenges and it sort of matters little the form of the challenge; rather we like a challenge that sounds like something that is going to push us to the next level or push us to be uncomfortable or to do something new. With little deep consideration, therefore, we can find ourselves committed and working to find out what to do about it. Experience tells us, we should ask people who have experience with the challenge, research as much as we can, and then practice and practice and practice. So, if it is to be a 24-hour race we should learn to run around a track in circles and do it again and again and again as each time around the track gets us more and more ready to take it on.
Loving life when I am running in circles…around the track
