At your service

There are choices and pathways and how we make them and take them has quite an impact on how our journey turns out.  And if all that mattered was how “we” do then the story would sort of end there.  But we all know that there is much more to this journey than what matters just to us individually.  We are all part of a community, small and large, close and dispersed; it how we show up on this part of our journey that can have the biggest impact.  It starts when we think about being in service to others.  Helping, supporting, contributing, giving, dedicating….there is so much that we can do for each other.  The impact is material, the return outsized, the reward the intrinsic feeling of belonging and contentment for being part of making the community a better place for all.  Here’s to being in service all the time…nothing better we can do.
