Unplug

There are times on our journey when we know that we need to slow it down, take a break, get away from it all.  We have an inherent need to decompress, reenergize, reconnect, and unplug.  It does the soul, the body, and mind good to make this an important part of how we roll.  It might take a bit of effort, but we can craft our unplugged opportunities as we see fit.  We can change our setting (go on a trip), disconnect from all of our media, interact with nature, practice mindfulness, and just keep a simple schedule.  The combination of tactics and intention will make the unplugged experience worth every minute of it.  Let’s make sure that we build this approach into our life’s journey.  We will know the frequency of needing to unplug by the way that we feel.  Let’s listen to what Is going on, let’s do something about it, and let’s enjoy being unplugged.
