It’s fun when the journey of any one of us intersects with our buddies in our community. It allows us to be supportive of each other and to take energy from each other. We can each do what works for us and we don’t need to all do exactly the same activity. Today, four of us were running races of our own choosing, Dave ran 100 miles, Don ran 62 miles, Ben ran 50 miles and Joe ran 31 miles. All were suitable challenges and fit into the plans that each of us have for 2021. A lot of great results and a lot of learning and sharing and enjoying. So, when we have the opportunity, we need to seize it and share the journey with each other.
