Plant Power

We all know that maintaining a proper nutrition plan is ever more complicated and challenging.  While on our journey we are seemingly too busy to make the best choices for what to eat.  So, it might be helpful if we establish guidelines for ourselves so that we can make better choices.  One guideline that we can create is to target a number of servings of plant foods we would eat in a day.  What if we challenged ourselves to have at least three plant services a day – at least one at each meal. We would benefit without much effort and start ourselves on a path to better and better food choices. From there we can increase our plant-based foods as much as we like and get all the benefits that balanced eating can provide.  A great change for sure
