How about a fitness challenge?

For sure our journey incorporates a lot of fitness in our quest for personal fulfillment.  Our fitness regimen, though, tends to become rather standard and predictable.  We do what we are good at and we do it again and again.  So, it is good to remind ourselves that doing something different is good, doing more is good, more intensity is good and so on.  We also know that whatever challenge we decide to take on is “our challenge”. It need not be what others are doing in time or repetition, all that it has to be is more or different from what “we” are used to.  So, let’s figure out what our next fitness challenge should be, write it down, and then go get it done.  Sounds like some fun ahead, for sure….
