As we go along on our journey we learn, and we evolve. We would never keep doing something that was no longer a good idea. It is the natural order of life. We grow and develop, we gain new understandings, we find that many of our previous bias were unfounded and we find that when we move forward in an evolved manner that life, and our performance gets better. And it is not just about what affects us personally, there are also opportunities to evolve as a society. Because we decided on something many years ago it does not mean we need to hold it sacred when the world has evolved. The challenge for each of us is to embrace the idea of evolving personally and helping the rest of our community to do the same. When we do this life gets better for all of us, a worthy goal for sure.
