The journey is of our making. We define our mission and establish our goals and we choose how to pursue them. We have agency, the capacity to act independently and to make our own free choices, and it is through agency, that we have the power to deliver on our commitments. It is in fact a big responsibility and one that we each must grow into. It manifests itself in the commitments that we make, of our free will, and the follow-through from our commitments. We do not need to make commitments but when we do, we owe it to ourselves and all in our orbit, to deliver on our commitments. No one should wonder if we are going to get it done, they all just know we will get it done. It is how we roll, and it is what, ultimately, defines us, for when we commit, we get it done
