There is advice that we can get while on our journey and there are the lessons that we learn as we traverse all that happens to us on our journey. It is hard at some points to appreciate what we are (or can) learn along the way. Sometimes it just takes repetition, sometimes it takes different circumstance, other times it takes reflection and a desire to want more than we are getting. It is in these moments when we realize that if we show up with our heart, if we shed the trappings and the externalities, the reasons and the goals, we can find freedom and meaning, and fulfillment self-actualization at levels that are hard to put into words. When we show up with our heart, so much more is possible and all of our effort, struggle and being become the reason why we feel peace and acceptance and all that comes when we are indeed there.
