There are days when life can feel harder and more challenging than usual. So much to think about every day. And we can lose our focus with the noise that is all around us. It’s good to remind ourselves that we need to take care of our mental health and not take it for granted. It could start with some quiet time, a moment to rest, some time for ourselves, a bit less “goal orientation”, and not comparing ourselves to others. We can also help others who need a mental health break. Nothing better than helping and supporting each other today and every day
