For as good as we get with how our journey evolves it is good to be reminded of that which we know matters while on our journey. And a key element of getting to our best version of ourselves is to focus on foods that we eat on a daily basis. When we eat better, we feel better, and we live better. It is not a coincidence that life gets better when we fuel better. There is a direct correlation, and it is good to know the impact that our foods make on our system. Since it is all about choices and we are responsible for what we eat let’s see what it is we can do to make better decisions all the time. We will sleep better, have better energy, be able to do all of the activities that we want to and to recover faster. So, let’s focus and eat better – we will just be better for it
