It is not surprising that at this time of the year that we can be feeling a bit of the blues. Winter is upon us, the weather is not perfect and it seems like there is less to do to keep us interested at this time of the year. It could be because it is the middle of the winter, or maybe the pandemic, or it could just be that timing was not in our favor but regardless if we are to break out from these feelings then we need to crank up the love. It could be a hug or an “I care about you” or “you make me feel special”. The way does not matter, all that matters is that we feel loved, cared for, and important. Because when we feel loved all is well and life just is better. So, let’s make sure to crank up the love and pass it along as much as we can – it makes a difference that is for sure!
