Eat more plants

We know that food and nutrition are essential to how our journey plays out.  And what we eat is of our choosing.  We can therefore have a big impact on our performance, our health and how we feel by what we choose to eat.  With good choices we restore and energize our health.  We can change, even with small changes, how our diet affects us.  Introducing more plants, for example, into our diet will provide access to powerful anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense foods that can serve the basis for delicious meals that are just good for us.  So, let’s see if we can just eat more plants and enjoy our journey while we do so!
