When we think about our journey we think about choice and opportunity. We like to think big and we want to take on expansive opportunities. Yet, for all of our boldness, we need to think about the balance between big ideas and unrealistic thinking. We need to build out a plan that allows us to get done what we set out to do. We stay focused, we act with discipline, we avoid distractions, and we give ourselves the best chance to get done what we point ourselves at. It is after all about using our resources and our effort to get it done, yes indeed.
