The longer we stay on our journey the more we get connected to it. We build habits and ways of living that just become part of how we roll. In our growth and development process there are more likely than not, some learnings for how to do better; some relationships that did not pan out as hoped; some support that did not show itself when we hoped it would and many other mini-regrets that we carry along the way. Yet, if we are to keep moving forward, to make real progress, to embrace and enjoy the journey then we need to be able to let go of that which serves no purpose, the stuff that is holding us back, that gets in the way of our goals. It can be hard to let go but it is important for us to find our way to make it happen. When we do finally let go there is a sense of relief and a new found energy that comes with a new and positive attitude for what is next to come. The next time and the time after that, we should be ready to let go again and again, and as crazy as it can sound, it is just the order of life, yes it is.
Loving life when I let go
