We know that nutrition is an essential part of our journey. For most of us, we keep it simple, and we repeat our tried-and-true meals. We make sure that we get our macros in line, that we take the right supplements, add in fiber and vegetables and we are doing well. Yet, we know that rich and interesting flavors add a level of interest to what we eat. It can be fun for us to explore different flavors and enjoy that which is unfamiliar to us. We can make the flavor fiesta a weekly activity and make our nutrition plan even that much better. Here’s to enjoying what we eat and especially how it tastes with the right flavors.
