Privilege, a special right, an advantage available only to a particular person or group. Hmmm, seems like a fixed concept, something not available to all of us. So, why would we want to think this way? Would it not be reasonable to think that we can all earn a special right by the effort we put in, the knowledge we gain, and the results that we produce. It is our choice we are not going to cede any opportunity to some legacy or definition not consistent with opportunity creation, nope, we are not going for it. We know how to earn privilege and will do it again and again, we earn it, nothing more, nothing less.
