Yes, some might shorten these three words to the acronym CIA, but they would be missing the way that we use CIA on our journey. The words stand for commitment, integrity and accountability. Words that in aggregate change how we think about what we are setting out to do with our lives and our journey. Commitment is essential, it starts with understanding that what you say you are going to do you do. Integrity on top of commitment means that we adhere to a set of standards and principles when we go about what we commit to. And accountability is the “closer”; which is the obligation to take responsibility for our actions. When we live to the essence of CIA the journey and its derivative benefits are optimized and life gets better. We feel fulfilled because we are doing that which we can control and drive purpose from. CIA, indeed!
