For as full as our days can get on our journey, we seem challenged to give ourselves a break and factor in some downtime or a moment to reflect. We know the feeling when we are stimulated, and we grow to like it. Yet, we cannot just go full tilt all the time. With a bit of reflection, we can see that a break now and then is good for the soul and our overall well-being. From there we just need to put in the effort, make it a priority and follow through so that a break or downtime happens. We will be better for it and happy that we did it, for sure….
