Well, like much of life, we start with good intentions, trust the process, and stay true to our commitments, and over time we get to levels that we never imagined getting to. The idea that I have now written 4,000 blog posts seems hard to imagine. Sticking to something every day is as daunting as it is empowering. I have learned how hard it is to write every day and how satisfying it is to have this daily practice in my life. The blog has kept me on track and honest with my intention to take a moment every day to reflect on what this journey is all about. And while I might not be any closer to the “meaning of life”, I have for sure found a place to go that is principled, engaging, inspiring and empowering. I feel even more at home with my thoughts and feelings and intention to live my version of a high performance life. To anyone who has come with me on the journey, I thank you. To those who are on their own path, I commend you. And to myself, I take this moment to reaffirm my commitment to this journey, this blog, and all else inspiring.
