A fresh approach

We love predictability, it keeps us on track, it allows us to measure progress and we have to do less thinking.  But the longer we go on the journey, the more we realize that we need to try a fresh approach from time to time.  It is important for us to go into unchartered territory, to adopt some novel strategies to be creative and depart from the conventional.  New ways can become a catalyst of improvement and potentially a breakaway opportunity.  The bonus is that a fresh approach reinforces the value of adaptability and open-mindedness.  We know that we can learn and grow and the more we flex this “muscle” the better our journey becomes.
