Today was awesome. Stating that engenders a very positive feeling. A feeling that all must have gone better than anticipated, that something big happened, that we exceeded expectations. And wouldn’t it be great if we could say that every day, today was awesome! Well, maybe indeed every day is awesome. Even if work was hard, we were stuck in traffic, and all did not go the way we wanted, we have the opportunity to reframe and think about how fortunate we are to still be on our journey. That we are grateful for all of the good things in our lives, work, family, and fun. We have our health, and we have the power to live the life that we want. In fact, every day is awesome because it is what we have and when we tell ourselves that our day is awesome, we feel that way and we set the foundation for more days like that, again and again, yes indeed.
