Appreciate every moment

It is a good reminder to tell ourselves that we need to appreciate every moment of our journey.  From the smallest of details to the deepest love we have ever had, each moment is precious and to be cherished.  We often focus on the hard stuff and there is great value in that but even along the “hard” path, we need to embrace and acknowledge each detail of what we get to experience.  The relationships that we are gifted with and the ones we build are to be treasured.  And when we get a moment to reflect, to think about how we feel about our lives, the more we have been explicit and intentional through each moment, the highs and lows, the good and the bad, the more we will realize the full benefit of our time here.  So, let’s appreciate every moment, it is a good and practical reminder, yes, it is.
