Can you believe it - half of 2013 is completed - that means we have been at this as THPL for six months - it has gone by quickly and I must say that is has brought great pleasure, burden, learnings and accomplishments. I state this as a proxy for all of us - we have all done more in the past six months that we would have otherwise - and have done so because we are focused on THPL and the journey and what we can accomplish along the way. So today’s message / post is a re minder for you to check in on your progress from the start of the year. How has it gone? Do you want to change any of your goals from now till year end? Have you seen improvements ? Are you having fun?
Here is how I am doing so far in 2013
Goals
Life – write a Blog, coach a few new budding athletes, learn how to meditate - ON TRACK WITH THE BLOG AND COACHING - Mediation is out for the year
Learning – watch 1,000 Ted videos, learn more about the Education industry - I HAVE WATCHED 325 TED VIDEOS SO FAR - short of my goal but a good showing so far
Fitness – Run 2,000 miles, run a 50 mile ultra-marathon, complete my fifth Ironman and do 75,000 pushups - RUN 1,418 miles so far - well ahead of my goal, 35,500 pushups so far - good progress just a bit short of my half year goal, the other events are soon to come.
And so as I review my progress I realize that I am doing ok – still focused on the goals, working them every day and making progress. I give myself a B+. Just six months to go till the end of 2013. Crazy to think about. I am still committed to my goals and hope you are as well.
I am loving life! That is for sure
