It would seem only logical that while on the THPL journey that it would be rare that we need to ask for permission to do that which we know is helpful to our cause or will make the journey that much better. For some reason, though, this “boldness” does not translate well for some. They seem to be waiting for the “ok” to go and do something. They do not have the entrepreneurial spirit – he who does things without permission. Rather they have a constraint mindset; and rarely act when doing something that would be the best possible way to go. For those who know that “permission” is never granted- rather it is seized, we should reach out and help those who are waiting to be told that it is ok. We should just tell them to take action and to have fun doing so. In this way we all do better. There is no time to sit and wait for anything – time is awasting and permission is just not needed.
