There are times when a team plays “above the rim” and in so doing exemplifies the best of what THPL is about. And it usually comes from a group that is humble, unassuming, committed and just a bit bold. They dream up an idea, usually bigger than life, they work like mad to get it to happen and then the follow through as though their life depends on it. The goodness is that this formula is repeatable, it is open to anyone who so chooses to go after, and when this choice is made, being great is just around the corner. It is so fun to see when it comes together. Especially rewarding when all is done and the relief sets in – the peace and satisfaction on the face of the team is priceless. Today I got to witness this in Sao Paolo with our local team and I must say it made the trip beyond rewarding! Go team!
