How the journey that we call THPL ends is a question that none of us will know till such a point that it is indeed something that we can look at in retrospect. And so if we are not exactly sure of progress or performance we need to put effort and time into how we can get enough information that we can indeed stay on track and get better as we go along. And to do this we need to ask for input from others on the THPL journey. We have to be ready to hear what they have to say. And we need to develop a plan that addresses whatever it is that we found out. The key is to put ourselves in a place in which we can use what we can learn and turn it into something that will help us improve. Two ears and an open heart make for a great journey…..indeed
