Looking out the window

Seems that the surroundings that we grow familiar with, whether on our THPL journey or not, can fade into the background or can be obscured by something, and this can get in the way of seeing what we can do or experience.  A glass window, for example, can let us see, but not touch, not much in the way, but if we just sit back and look through the window and choose not engage what is on the other side then opportunity could be missed.  Seeing is just sometimes not enough – we have to push ourselves to engage to participate to touch and feel.  And when we do the view will just get so, so much better.
