Imagine that somewhere along the journey that our health was not exactly as we would like it to be. It could be a temporary issue, like a calorie deficit during some physical activity, or it could be something bigger, something that needs real attention. And we know the typical path, diagnosis, health care etc. And while we all respect this system and approach there seems to be other opportunities for us to intervene with our health. With a little bit of reflection, we can think about alternative approaches that can put us on a path to feeling better. One example is the food that we eat. We know that foods have been, for many years, medicinal, healthful and reparative. Thus, if we find ourselves in a compromised health situation, where we want to get better, then we should really thing about the foods that we are taking in. At one level it is very simple. We should focus on taking in good foods, superfoods, healthy, fresh, and avoid too much food in packaging, preservatives and with add-ons. Spend time on this topic and good things will come from it - a good plan for everyday living!
