a plant based diet

The THPL journey pushes our internal systems and what we know about how to replenish ourselves is really important to our overall performance.  One of the key ways we refresh ourselves is through what we eat and there is much that we can learn about food, what is good for us, what we should think about when we make food choices and how to guide our day to day options.  Even just learning about food is helpful.  For example, what is in a plant based diet;  A plant based diet is made up of Fruits, Whole grains, Vegetables, Legumes (beans) and Tubers (potatoes etc).   Given that the positive nutritional profile that comes from a plant based diet it would be good to consider eating more from these categories whenever we have the opportunity.  Something to consider for sure….
