By now, we are all realizing, that our COVID-19 situation is not going away anytime soon. It is a realization that is important to get comfortable with. The sooner we accept what is going on the less stress we will put on ourselves and the better we can evolve our life-flow to work within the constraints that the virus has put on our lives. So, let’s start thinking about our new flow. How do we satisfy our needs for community and companionship, how do we get the right nutrition, learning, exercise and everything else. The more we are explicit about how we fit our life into our new flow the better it will feel and be. We can also help friends and family to develop their new flow. To keep our attitude positive and the stress lower (with this new flow) all we have to do is reduce our expectations a bit as if we were going on a camping trip. We just do things a bit differently for the context of the circumstances. We know that one day the camping trip ends, and we also know that the “virus lifestyle “will also end. Till then let’s go with our new flow, it will be the best thing that we can do.
