Let us all take a challenge. Let us all stand up to the moment that we are living in. Let us take the opportunity to start thinking differently, to do something real to change the oppression and poverty that we have thrust on our fellow Americans. It feels like this is the time to start the biggest shift we have made as a nation, as a community, and as a set of individuals. We need not look anywhere else for the change to happen we just need to raise a mirror in front our faces and ask ourselves, how did we get here, how are we going to fix this, how am I going to contribute to the change that needs to happen now. Yes, it will take time, cost more than expected, and require solidarity that we have yet to experience. We have no choice, the alternative is unacceptable and the solution the best gift we could ever give to the planet, our community to our world…..indeed it is.
